• You will need your MyID (if you do not have your MyID contact us at Support Page)

What do you need to do?

• Go to https://www.moonlit.page/recovery

• Enter your MyID as shown below

• Next, you will receive an email with a verification code in it Please enter that code as shown below (please do not share this code with anyone) (Moonlit Staff will never ask for this code)

• Now just enter your new password as shown below

Congrats! Your password is now reset.
