Create an account using the website

Here are the important things you need access to.

• Access to the email you are gonna use

• Access to a computer with a web browser

Things to note before you start.

• The text boxes will appear as you type in the previous one

• Your account will have to be approved before you can log in (you will not receive a password before)

What do you need to do?

• Go to https://mnlt.page/signup

• Enter your information as shown below

• Now you are gonna have to wait for your account to be approved(you will receive an email as shown below) (The email might look different according to the email client you use and when this document was last updated)

Create an account without the website

To create an account without using the website email us at [email protected] with the information shown below

• Full Name

• Email

• Phone Number

• Address

• Company Name

• Profile Photo

Now you are gonna have to wait for your account to be approved(you will receive an email as shown below) (The email might look different according to the email client you use and when this document was last updated)

After your account is apporved

• Now after you get the email go to https://mnlt.page/acc and log in via the account credentials

• after your login verify that it is you logging in by entering the code in the email (please do not share this code with anyone) (Moonlit Staff will never ask for this code)

• after you verify you will be prompted to change your account password

• The last step, just save the recovery code that Moonlit provides to recover your account via a team member if you forgot your MyID or email

Congrats! Your account is now set up.
